đ¯ī¸Setting Trigger Icon
Here are the step-by-step instructions to set up the trigger icon for your bot's chat:
Trigger icon opens a chat window with your bot, once it has been deployed on your website.
Log in to the Dashboard -> navigate to the overview page of the bot that you want to change.
Go to Settings -> Bot Appearance -> Bot Design Settings, and look for the "Trigger Icon" section and click on it to edit.
In the "Trigger Icon" section, you will see an option to upload your own image or select from templates shown.
If you want to select from templates shown, see the available options and select the photo you want to use for your trigger icon. If you want to upload your own image, click on the "Upload Image" button and choose the image you want to use from your computer.
Once you have selected or uploaded the image for your trigger icon, click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
That's it! You have successfully set up the trigger icon for your bot's chat. Users will now see the trigger icon on your website or app, and can click on it to start interacting with your bot. You can preview the changes and make additional adjustments as needed.
